DC Circulator Industry Day

The District of Columbia Department of Transportation (DDOT) is pleased to invite you to attend its DC Circulator Industry Day in Washington, DC on October 12, 2017.

This event is aimed at representatives of companies with experience in the transit operations and maintenance industry and potential bidders on a solicitation to operate and maintain DDOT’s DC Circulator bus system. This event will offer industry stakeholders an opportunity to tour DDOT’s Circulator bus facilities, receive an overview presentation by DDOT staff on the RFP, and to ask questions of Circulator staff regarding the RFP and bus operations. The Pre-Proposal Conference will include a Question and Answer period. If you have a question you would like addressed at the Pre-Proposal Conference, please submit it by 12:30 pm on October 11 to dccirculator@dc.gov.

Schedule

• 8:30 am - 11:30 am – Guided tour of DC Circulator facilities (Transportation to facility sites will be provided. Tours will be guided and participants may not inspect vehicles, equipment, or facilities during the tour.)

• 11:30 am – Lunch on your own

• 1:00 pm – Pre-Proposal Conference

• Agency presentation on system, RFP process, and small and local businesses

• Questions & Answers

• 2:30 pm – Vendor Fair and Networking Opportunities

• 5:00 pm – Industry Day concludes
